I love the fact that you don’t have to mix it or use egg to bind. Very easy to use. Love the flavor profile but, it’s a lil too salty. I’ve fried porgies, shrimp, salmon and chicken in the fry mix. Works very easily on all proteins.

The fish breading is delicious the last batch I purchased was a little overly salty but it was good will continue to purchase again
The fish breading is delicious. I didn’t season my fish just added breading and fried it. It was delicious didn’t need any extra seasoning getting ready to order some more. It is a light batter which is perfect and seasoned to perfection all in one seasoned batter. 10 out 10 highly recommend.

Bonnie and Jr. The fish batter is a number one hit in Lynchburg. I’m so happy that I have gotten it a lot of times from you. I had a fish fry and people were asking where did you get your batter from. They said it was better than Long John Silver. I gave them your website to order from you all. They said they never tasted fish that good. We even ate the fried fish tails and they were crunchy and delicious. My grandson and granddaughter cooked a lot like I do. I got to keep stocked up with your barbecue sauce and seasoning because every time they visit they go home with Bonnie and Jr. seasoning and rub and your barbecue sauce. I never met you in person but I feel like family to you all and I’m spreading the word around to my family and friends so they can support you all as well. Do you make pork rinds.
